H.F. Lovecraft is strange, remarkable figure in literary history. Although his lifetime remained almost completely unknown and died in poverty, his works have a huge impact on the horror genre in literature, film, music and pop culture. Besides hundreds of movies, books, music albums dedicated to the themes of his work, or has inspired him, there are well-known pop references, again derived from the stories of Lovecraft (the most famous of them is perhaps madness Arkam the universe of DC Comics) .
